Terms & Conditions

Please review the terms governing your private chauffeur service with Adriatic Chauffeur.

By booking our service, you agree to the following Terms & Conditions.

Adriatic Chauffeur provides private, pre-booked transportation services focused on reliability, discretion and a premium travel experience. These terms ensure clarity, safety and the highest level of service for all clients.

1. Service Definition

All services provided are private and pre-booked. We do not operate as a street taxi service. Each booking is assigned to a dedicated chauffeur and vehicle, reserved exclusively for the client.

2. Pricing Policy

All prices are fixed and confirmed in advance.

  • Vehicle and chauffeur
  • Fuel and tolls, unless stated otherwise
  • Waiting time within defined limits
  • All applicable taxes

No hidden fees will be charged.

3. Payment Terms

Payment for confirmed reservations is made by card or another approved online payment method.

  • Credit or debit card payment
  • Online payment link, where applicable
  • Business invoice payment only by prior written agreement

Cash payment is not used as a standard method for confirming reservations. Any alternative payment arrangement must be agreed in writing before the transfer.

4. Deposit Payment & Booking Confirmation

To secure a confirmed reservation, a deposit payment may be required at the time of booking. The booking is considered confirmed only after the required deposit or online payment has been successfully paid by card or another approved online payment method.

The deposit secures the selected vehicle, chauffeur availability and agreed transfer details for the requested date and time.

If the deposit payment is not completed, the reservation is not considered confirmed and Adriatic Chauffeur reserves the right to release the vehicle and chauffeur availability for other bookings.

In case of late cancellation or no-show, the paid deposit may be retained to cover reserved chauffeur time, vehicle availability and operational costs.

5. Waiting Time

Airport pickups include up to 60 minutes of free waiting time after landing. For other pickups, 15 minutes of waiting time is included. Additional waiting time may be charged.

6. Cancellation Policy

Cancellations are free of charge up to 24 hours before the scheduled pickup. Cancellations made less than 24 hours before the service may be charged up to 100% of the booking price. No-shows will be charged in full. If a deposit was paid, the deposit may be retained in accordance with these Terms & Conditions.

Refunds, where applicable, are processed to the original payment method.

7. Delays & Force Majeure

We are not responsible for delays caused by:

  • Traffic conditions
  • Weather conditions
  • Border controls
  • Road closures or unforeseen events

However, we will always do our best to ensure timely service.

8. Passenger Responsibility

Passengers are responsible for:

  • Providing accurate booking details
  • Being ready at the agreed pickup time
  • Respecting vehicle conditions
  • Behaving respectfully towards the chauffeur and vehicle

Smoking and consumption of illegal substances are strictly prohibited.

9. Luggage Policy

Each vehicle has a defined luggage capacity. It is the client’s responsibility to ensure luggage fits within the selected vehicle category. Oversized or excessive luggage must be communicated before booking confirmation.

10. Pets

Pets are allowed only in appropriate transport carriers, in accordance with regulations. Additional charges may apply and must be agreed in advance.

11. Safety & Conduct

The chauffeur reserves the right to refuse or terminate service in case of inappropriate, unsafe or abusive behavior. In such cases, no refund may be provided.

12. Changes to Booking Details

Any changes to pickup time, location, destination, route, additional stops, waiting time, number of passengers or luggage must be communicated as early as possible. Changes are subject to availability and may affect the final price.

13. Privacy

All personal information is treated confidentially and used solely for booking, communication and service purposes. For more details, please review our Privacy Policy.

14. Booking Confirmation

A booking is considered confirmed only when it has been accepted by Adriatic Chauffeur and the required deposit or online payment has been successfully completed. Confirmation may be provided via website, email, WhatsApp or direct written communication.

15. Acceptance of Terms

By confirming the booking and completing the required payment, you acknowledge that you have read and accepted these Terms & Conditions.
